We want to thank all the people that showed up to our shows this weekend. The Friday show at the BIKO was pretty ridiculous. Lots of organizational issues, but we had a fun time and the people that came were really awesome and rocked out. Thanks for supporting us!

The Saturday show was better-organized, but due to the fact that there were 5 bands and the show was going kinda late, some neighbor called the police and it was shut down before we could go on. We were extremely disappointed because we had been promoting and preparing for that headlining show for a long time. Never mind letting down all the people that came to see us.

A big thank you to Atrocity, If Tomorrow Never Comes, Callout, and Darkness Awaits for rocking out, and a huge thank you to all our fans who came to see us and got the finger from the cops instead.

After the show, two guys from the band BACKMASK came up to us and told us they wanted to hear us in order to possibly set up shows with us in the future, and they had a practice space in IV. Since we were all there and were excited to play anyway, we decided to just haul ass to this practice space and play anyway. We told as many people as we could, and if you were one of the awesome people that walked half way across IV to see us at a tiny storage locker behind the laundromat, you guys are the fucking best!

So, we played an amended instrumental set that turned out pretty well and called it a night. It was disappointing, but fun anyway, and it looks like we might be playing a show on Friday the 12th (thanks to BACKMASK). Hope to see all of you there!!!

Once again, thanks for the support and apologies for the stupid cops on Saturday.

Just wanted to let everyone know that we have some shows coming up on May 6th and 20th, in Santa Barbara. Both are going to be ridiculous and we shall kick much ass. In other news, we're slowly working on new material and more professional recordings of some of our recent songs. Stay tuned...

Unfortunately, due to health reasons our vocalist, Paul Chakerian, has left the band. We wish him all the best and hope he hasn't screwed up his throat too badly. To fill his mighty shoes, we heartily welcome Joe Nalley into Inquest!

As you may or may not know, we have been looking for a competent bassist to join our ranks for almost a year now, with no success, until now! The amazingly talented Bill Worrell is now providing our low end and giving our sound much needed depth.

Today was our first practice as a full lineup and the results were quite promising. Hopefully in the coming weeks we will bring the new members up to speed with our material, and probably change some stuff around to better complement their abilities.

We're excited as hell.

Our show last night was amazing, thanks to everyone that came and rocked out! Also thanks to Shannon for warming up the crowd for all of us, and to By Any Other Name for opening. We also got a couple of people that want to tryout for us on vocals, so who knows, perhaps after the next practice we might have a new singer. Also, nothing concrete yet, but we may have finally gained a bassist...
